Chef’s Speciality’s Chilli Con Carne is a classic sauce that always goes down well when entertaining a large crowd and you want to make a big impact on your guests. Chili con carne means ‘chilli with meat’ and commonly referred to as a ‘chilli’. It’s a spicy stew containing chilli peppers, meat, tomatoes and beans. You can create your own version of a chilli con carne by adjusting the amount of chilli or by adding more kidney beans into the mix. Finish off your perfect chilli by garnishing with shredded mozzarella.
